Processing Time
- Please allow up to 1-7 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping. Orders may ship before that timeframe, but please allow the processing timeframe to pass in order to receive your tracking information.
Shipping
-We ship to all 50 states.
-International shipping is not currently available.
-We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
-We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly.
-Once your order is submitted, there will be no changes allowed. Please confirm the address and phone number before submitting your order.
-The Crowned Collection by Chara LLC will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.
Returns/Exchanges
All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a restock fee of 10%.
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customers must complete all return requests within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.

The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way (Original ties must remain intact as the customer received it).

We suggest that all returns be returned to us through a trackable service with a signature for your protection.
We are not responsible for lost items in transit.
All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance items.
Lost and Damaged Packages
-The Crowned Collection by Chara LLC is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
-The Crowned Collection by Chara LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered.
-No refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
-Only store credit or replacement will be issued (if the standard shipping option with package insurance is selected by the customer) after a claim is submitted and processed successfully.
